Beyonce and Nicole Scherzinger hailed ultimate fitspiration

Age is proven to be just a number when it comes to ‘fitspiration’ as celebrities in their 30s like Beyonce and Nicole Scherzinger are hailed as the ultimate body icons.

When we’re looking for some inspiration when it comes to working out, Beyonce, 33, Nicole Scherzinger, 36, Madonna, 56, and Elle Macpherson, 50, came out on top of a new poll.

They beat the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 27, Kate Upton, 22, and Millie Mackintosh, 24 to the top spots in a survey of the fittest body parts.

Proving that age is just a number and it all comes down to the hard work that’s put in at the gym.

Beyonce’s bottom came up number one in the survey, with Kylie Minogue, Pippa Middleton and Rihanna tailing behind.

Nicole Scherzinger beat out Beyonce, Rihanna and Cheryl Cole for the best celebrity stomach, and Elle Macpherson, otherwise known as ‘The Body’, may have just turned 50 but her pins are still as adorned as ever as she was voted best legs beating Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Miranda Kerr and Millie Mackintosh in the vote.

Michelle Keegan was the only woman under the age of 30 to be voted number one in a category, she gained the top spot in the best breasts category in the survey from BodyBuilding Warehouse.

 

Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston were beaten by Madonna's ripped arms to win the best biceps in another category too.

Kieran Fisher sports nutrition expert and founder of BodyBuilding Warehouse, said that it's great we're getting inspiration from celebrities of all all different ages, as it goes to show that age doesn't really matter when it comes to fitness goals.

Even though your muscle mass will diminish as you age, it doesn't mean it's impossible to keep your body fit with regular workouts and eating a balanced diet.
