Here is our pick of the biggest celebrity fitspiration accounts to follow on Instagram and Snap Chat, they may just give you the kick you need as we head into the New Year.
The Victoria’s Secret model graced the runway for the 12 time this year, and every single year she ups her fitness game. At the start of 2016, she started to share even more of her workouts on Instagram via her #BodyBylza hashtag, and it’s actually unbelievable some of the things she does in the gym.
The Brazilian bombshell is usually our first port of call if we can’t manage to peel ourselves off the couch to do a workout.
“Health is one of the biggest treasures we have in life and has always been my priority,” explains Goulart to Vogue.
The fashionable DJ also has a love for health and fitness and she regularly shares this on her Instagram and Snap Chat. Follow along with her #HBFit hashtags for workouts and healthy recipes.

The former TOWIE star has managed to reinvent herself as a full on fitness guru, she runs a website, Results with Lucy, alongside PT Cecila Harris that shares workout videos and nutrition plans that are easy to access and easy to use. The site is incredibly successful, and some of the success stories are astounding. As well as the Results with Lucy Instagram, Lucy herself shares parts of her workouts and many bikini selfies that are bound to give you inspiration for your next workout.
Not only does Kate Hudson love Pilates and have her own activewear line, but she also introduced us to the Booty Belt, and for that we are eternally grateful. Kate exercised her way through 2016 and shared it all with us on Instagram.
The Star Wars actress had to up her fitness for the role, and ever since then she’s been sharing her workouts on Instagram. The unfortunate thing is, the actress deleted her account after receiving backlash on the app following a post about gun violence. She later said that she wants to be on her phone less, but in all honestly we’re hoping she returns for to Insta for her amazing and inspiring fitness posts.

Teyana exploded on the scene this year with her unforgettable performance in Kanye West’s “Fade” video and the only thing that potentially eclipsed her incredible dance was her incredible abs. The singer, dancer, and 25-year-old mum admitted in a Vogue interview that she balances her dance workouts with fried chicken and pizza, and released her own fitness program this year, Fade 2 Fit.
Demi Lovato has had quite the year, not only super success with her career, but she’s inspired millions of people everywhere with her impeccable body confidence. And damn, that girl is hot.
She regularly shares her workout updates on social media, and also lots of self-love too, and we love her for that. Beyond her own healthy lifestyle, Demi encourages women to love themselves and celebrate their inner and natural beauty.
Her healthiest habit? She tells Fitness magazine it’s ‘definitely working out’.
“Exercising has been so important for my recovery, both physically and mentally. On show days I count my concert as a workout, but on my off days I try to work out once in the morning and again at night. It can be a lot between performing and travelling, so I’m careful not to push myself too hard.”
Gigi managed to show us just how strong she is in the most unfortunate way this year when Ukranian prankster grabbed and lifted her at Milan Fashion Week. She was quick to defend herself and give him the elbow, and we all applauded her strength and decided boxing was the sport for us too.
She also teamed up with Reebok for the #PerfectNever campaign, that promoted female empowerment and embraced imperfections. The Victoria’s Secret model revealed she has a thyroid problem has lost a lot of weight due to it, but we still think she looks strong and healthy. We know Gigi is going to continue to be our big fitspiration in 2017.
