Returns

If you are unsatisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in a condition where they can be resold, the original labels intact and no signs of damage. All returns have to be returned via the Collect+ service. Collect+ enables you to take an item to one of 5,500 local convenience stores. In addition to this, you will be given proof of postage and a number to track the parcel with. Returns are not free at the moment, as a result you will have £2.50 deducted from your refund to cover costs, except in instances of where a faulty item is being returned.

The last review is from August 2015. The customer has complained that they sent back a maxi dress which was poor quality but was waiting over two weeks for a refund. Another customer complained about a similar incident where she was awaiting a refund of £100 and found the company hard to get in touch with. Another customer left a positive review, stating that she had been a customer since the early monthly subscription days but agreed the decision to move away from this was best for the company and she continued to be a regular customer.
