These videos can all be done in the comfort of your own home, require little or no equipment and will get your blood pumping.

The cardio workout for your heart
The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, has finished the year on a high with the release of his third book and on December 26 you can get your hands on his first workout DVD. But for fans of The Body Coach, you can watch and follow along with plenty of different workout videos available on Youtube now.
This one, in particular, will have your heart pumping and body dripping in sweat. If you can follow along with this HIIT workout all the way through first time then give yourself a huge pat on the back. With burpees, plank tucks and jumping lunges a plenty, this 15-minute circuit will kill you in the best possible way.
Tone it Up Hump Day HIIT
We love Karena and Katrina’s perfectly edited workout videos and there’s a huge amount to choose from on Youtube. This Hump Day HIIT is ideal for those short on time, and want to get their heart pumping and target their whole body. With a focus on your legs, arms and arms all included in this short workout.
The workout for your arms
Casey Ho from Blogilates has a knack for making your arms burn without the need for weights. This weightless arms workout takes no longer than 9 minutes, yet you’ll struggle to lift your arms above your head once you’ve finished it. Try your best to keep going throughout, but honestly, it took us a few goes before we could finish the whole thing without dropping our arms once.
The workout for your bum
Pilates instructor Jake Dupree features on the Popsugar Fitness instructional video, The Lazy Girl Booty Workout. This workout works your butt from all angles, all whilst you’re on the mat.
But just because you’re on the mat it doesn’t mean this isn’t going to hurt. Jake’s great for encouraging you as you move through the workout and provides plenty of fitness tips as you go too, just beware of his beloved four count. It’ll burn like hell.
The workout with a kettlebell
Kettlebells are a great full body workout, they’re a combination of strength and cardio and you can achieve a great full-body workout with them.
Amy from Bodyfit by Amy has a great selection of Kettlebell follow-along workout videos, as well as a brilliant instructional on how to do a kettlebell swing. This 10 minute HIIT workout hits all different parts of the body and gets the blood pumping, if you do have more time, try the circuit more than once, it’s a great routine that you’ll find yourself going back to time and time again.
The workout for your core
A great mixture of toning moves and cardio that also targets your core. This Popsugar workout works your whole core which is important not only for revealing abs but helping with your posture and pretty much every movement you carry out.
The workout for your legs
Mary Helen Bowers, the creator of Ballet Beautiful, has created a total body workout that is split into different parts of the body on Youtube.
These workouts are focused on small movements repeated over and over till you get a strong burning sensation in the muscle that you’re targeting.
This lean legs workout will leave you feeling like Bambi on ice when you try and stand up.
