Margot Robbie Tattoos “Suicide Squad” Cast On-Set

It may just be another outrageously successful, staged publicity stunt for DC's upcoming 'Suicide Squad', but it really looks like Margot Robbie has just tattooed the word "skwad" onto director David Ayer's arm. While in full Harley Quinn costume. On set.

Harley!

In yet another instance of the cast and crew of Suicide Squad appearing to just have the time of their lives on set, the in-universe Harley's Tattoo Parler Parlour has become real for a day, with the members of the Skwad all tattooing each other, like a crazy stamp of loyalty, or a supervillain cattle brand. Robbie has said previously that tattooing is a hobby she has pursued since she was very young, but since the tattoos were supposed to look primitive and messy, we can guess her skill wasn't needed. Here's her finished masterpiece on Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang)'s arm:

Harley Jai

It looks pretty real to us, but we'll admit that, of all the places that could spoof up a tattoo, a high-budget Hollywood film studio is probably the best one.

Joel Kinnaman looks like he didn't shy away from the needle either, even though that needle was in the hands of total novice Will Smith. In Kinnaman's own words:

Harley Will

"It was like watching a drunk baby fly a helicopter." Still, he looks pretty pleased with his new ink... Possibly because he can spend the rest of his life telling people that Will Smith did it.

The film isn't in cinemas til next summer, and we're looking forward to whatever clever promotional madness they cook up in the meantime!
