Lightweight and long-lasting the W7 High Definition Foundation will ensure you’re ready for your close-up and all for under £5.

W7 HD foundation review TheFuss.co.ukThis foundation may be a budget product, but that doesn’t show in the quality, it creates a fresh and flawless look when it’s buffed into the skin.

The foundation comes in a glass bottle which adds luxuriousness to the product, and the pump dispenser ensures it’s hygienic too.

The downside to this foundation is that there are only five shades available in this product, which means it’s most likely going to be difficult to get the perfect match, but because they’re so cheap buying two to mix together shouldn’t be much of an issue. The shades available are Buff, which is the lightest shade, Natural Beige, Natural Tan, Sand Beige and True Beige, the darkest shade in the range.

The foundation has quite a thick consistency, but it blends well, applies evenly and easily and certainly doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. It has a light to medium buildable coverage which doesn’t get cakey.

Pros

Budget-friendly, long-lasting, fresh finish, covers imperfections well

Cons

Doesn’t last as long as high-end foundations, limited shade range

Bottom Line

A purse-friendly foundation from W7 that creates a pretty finish too, especially when you consider the price as well. A perfect everyday foundation that feels lightweight on the skin, covers well and doesn’t clog the pores. It provides a semi-matte finish, so there’s still a hint of glow to the skin, but not too much to make it look oily.
