Home delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days and costs £3.99, although you can get it for free with orders over £45. For next day delivery (available in the UK) it costs £5.99 and is free on orders over £75. If you’re looking for Sunday delivery you have to order by 3pm on a Saturday and this costs £5.99 but is free over £75. Delivery to the Channel Islands takes 4-6 working days and costs £3.99 and is free on orders over £45.
Collection options
As well as offering deliveries to homes, New Look also allows collections too, so you can pick up your order, generally for a cheaper price. For a Standard Click & Collect from New Look stores it takes 3-5 working days and is free on orders over £19.99, Next Day Click & Collect must be ordered by 6pm and will be available to collect from 2pm the next day (deliveries are Mon-Sat) this costs £2.99 or is free on orders over £75. If you wish to use Collect+ this takes 2-4 working days costs £3.99 or is free on orders over £45. You can also use Doddle (next day) orders must be made by 6pm and they are available to collect after 2pm the next day (deliveries are Mon-Sat) this costs £5.99 or is free on orders over £75.
Returns policy
New Look are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note. You can return items for free in UK stores, by post from UK and International addresses, or free returns in the UK via Collect+. It must be noted that exchanges can only be made in store and sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post or in-store within 14 days. Sale items purchased online and returned to store after 14 days, but before 28 days, are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid. PayPal purchases returned in store will be refunded in the form of a New Look Gift Card.
