Simply Be clothes are made in sizes 12-32. The range aims to bring catwalk styles to the curve market, with styles ranging from everyday tops, denim, separates to occasion wear. As well as designing their own collection, Simply Be hosts the following brands:

Simply Be also offers a range of shoes, in styles such as flats, boots, sandals and heels. Some shoes are available in both standard fit and wide fit.
There is also an accessory collection with bags, sunglasses, scarves, belts, watches, hats, jewellery and fragrances.
Simply Be has a range of lingerie from their own collection to well known brands such as Ann Summers and Wonderbra.
There is also a swimwear collection, with lots of figure flattering bikinis, swimsuits and swimdresses to choose from.
Beauty
Simply Beauty has a carefully curated beauty section. You can shop the latest products from well known brands, such as MAC, Marc Jacobs, Fake Bake and Clarins. Choose from makeup, skincare, nail and hair products.
Delivery & Returns
There are several options to choose from for delivery of your item. They are:
- Standard Delivery- Your items will arrive within 3-5 working days.
- Next Day Delivery- Order by 9pm or before noon on a Saturday.
- Free Click and Collect- from your local Simply Be store for free.
Larger or more expensive items may incur an additional delivery charge. However, this is clearly marked at the point of purchase.
If you opt for click and collect, you have to bring the PIN and order acknowledgement email that relates to your parcel, as well as a form of photographic ID. Someone else is able to collect your order, but they must have your email and ID.
Returns
There are several ways to return items to Simply Be.
- Return via post- Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office or MyHermes shop.
- By courier- Arrange a collection by calling Simply Be using the Simply Be contact number on this page.
- In store- Bring your items to your local store with a valid receipt.
- InPost- via automated parcel lockers. Visit the Inpost website to find your local locker.
Items must returned as new and in a resaleable condition, unless they are faulty. You should allow seven days for the return to reach Simply Be.
Spread the Cost
Open a Simply Be credit account to spread the cost of your purchases. If you choose to pay in full by the date which is shown on your statement, you won't have to pay any interest. Alternatively, you can spread the cost in order to suit yourself and your budget, but the interest means that it will cost you more than it would if you paid with cash. You can also currently (2016) get 10% off your first credit order as well as free standard delivery. The representative APR for a Simply Be credit account is 58.7%.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't yet been sent out, you may be able to cancel it by calling the Simply Be contact number on this page. If it has already been despatched, you should follow the usual returns process.
How do I apply a promotional code to an order?
On the shopping bag page, click 'add promotional code'. It's one code per order and you should ensure that you use it before the expiry date or it won't work.
Do I need a personal account to shop?
Yes, but if you want to pay upfront for your items rather than use credit, you'll have to select the cash only option. Alternatively, you can apply for credit.
Does Simply Be offer a clothing recycling scheme?
Simply Be is in the process of trialling a clothing recycling scheme with Traid, a re-use charity. Their mission is to re-use and recycle clothing, whilst educating people about the impact of throwing things away. During the trial, red bags will be included in 250,000 customers' orders. The red bags can be filled with unwanted clothing in any condition and sent to the charity via courier.
If my items are sent out in separate parcels, will I be charged for delivery multiple times?
You'll only be charged one delivery charge per order.
What should I do if I am having trouble paying my minimum payment?
Contact Simply Be straightaway. If you don't make the minimum payment on the date shown on your statement, you'll be charged an administration charge to cover the costs of having to remind you. You can avoid this by informing Simply Be of your troubles before the date shown on the statement.
How can I request a catalogue?
Request a Simply Be catalogue by filling in your details on the website. You don't have to have an account to order one.
About Simply Be
Simply Be is a womenswear brand which is part of the JD Williams group. Initially, the brand operated via mail order, such as catalogues, followed by the activation of a website. However, in 2011, Simply Be decided to open its first physical locations in Liverpool and Bury. The two stores share their space with the menswear brand Jacamo. Simply Be has collaborated with a range of celebrities such as Jameela Jamil and Gok Wan on collections.
