Lush Cosmetics Products
Lush Cosmetics focuses on creating fresh, natural handmade cosmetic products. This includes bath and shower products, cleansers, shampoo, lotions, hand cream, shaving products, deodorants, moisturisers, face masks, teeth products, makeup, perfume and gift sets. Lush is perhaps most well-known for its range of bath bombs. A bath bomb is something that you drop in your bath to create bubbles, often with a coloured or special effect. Bath bombs are made of ingredients such as lavender oil, sandalwood, cocoa butter, and fresh avocado to leave your skin feeling soft and smelling amazing. There is also bath oil which you run under the tap for a similar effect. Bath oils use shea and cocoa butter to hydrate your skin. Lastly in the bath collection is soap, made from natural ingredients such as citrus oils, chamomile, vanilla and peppermint.
For the body
It's important to look after your skin, so what better way to do it than with completely natural products. Lush lotions include Dream Cream, the brand's most popular product which has been hailed as the holy grail for eczema and other skin conditions. If your hands work hard throughout the day, treat them at night with a hand scrub and hand cream such as Salted Coconut. To refresh your tired feet, choose a product such as Go Faster Feet. For a smooth shave try the Five O'Clock Whistle shaving cream. If you want to give your skin a golden glow, try a body tint such as Shimmy Shimmy. Lastly, stay fresh with a deodorant such as T'eo.

Popular questions about Lush Cosmetics
Are Lush Cosmetics vegan?
Lush cosmetics is not completely vegan- approximately 80% of the products are vegan but some still contain honey, milk, eggs and lanolin. Vegan products are clearly marked on the packaging. Lush is however, vegetarian.
How are Lush Cosmetics made?
Lush cosmetics are made in spaces that resemble more of a kitchen than a factory. The products are all handmade and each product has a little sticker bearing the face of the person who made it as well as the date that it was made. This helps to reassure the customer that it has been made with love because the worker is proud to display their face on the product.
When does Lush cosmetics have sales?
Lush usually has a sale around Boxing Day, where the company reduces seasonal stock and gift sets. There are usually no other sales throughout the year.
About Lush Cosmetics
Lush was founded by Liz Weir, a beauty therapist and Mark Constantine, a trichologist after they met in a hair salon in Poole. A couple of years later, they decided to start their own business, selling natural hair and beauty products.
