Are Coast sizes generous?

Online forums debate the fit of Coast dresses. Some people believe they tend to be on the bigger side, whilst others believe the sizes are smaller. The best way to see is to try on your normal size, a size bigger and a size less to see what fits best.

Delivery & Returns

There is a range of delivery options available to you when you order from Coast. They are as follows:

• Standard Delivery- Free for orders over £100, deliveries take between 3-5 working days.
• Nominated Delivery- Choose a day for the item to be delivered.
• Sunday Delivery- Have your item delivered on a Sunday.

Delivery is also available to Ireland, Europe and other international countries.

For returns, you have 28 days following the date of dispatch. If the item that you purchased is from the sale, you'll have 14 days to obtain a full refund. Items must be unworn and in a condition to be resold.

For an immediate refund, you are able to return items to a Coast store.

If you opt to return via the post, you can expect a refund within 18 days.

For orders by Doddle, the wait is around three days, whilst you can expect Collect+ returns to take around seven days to process.

Student Discount

Student discount is offered by Coast at certain points of the year. You must have an NUS card to be eligible.

Gift cards

There are two options available when you purchase a Coast Gift Card. You could purchase a physical gift card, which will be delivered by post. Alternatively, you can purchase physical gift cards in store. You could also send a gift voucher directly to the recipient's phone.

Does Coast offer click and collect?

Coast does not currently offer a collect from store service, but is working on doing so in the near future.

Can you advise me which size to buy?

Coast has a size guide which is available to view online, which will help you to ensure you order the correct size.

Why is the promotion code I entered not working?

Here are some of the reasons why your promotion code may not work:

• Only one promotion can be used per order.
• The promotion may only be valid for a specific transaction/payment method.
• Promotions might exclude a certain product, such as sale items.
• The promotion code has expired.

Can I amend or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, once Coast processes an order, they are unable to amend or cancel it. If you no longer want the item, you'll have to return it to get a full refund.

Does Coast offer a personal styling service?

The service isn't available online, however the Oxford Street, Trafford Centre, Liverpool One, Leeds Trinity and Westfield stores are able to offer this service.
