7. She's a method actor
She may be young, but she has spent a lot of time in an addiction rehab centre. What was the stint for? Research, of course, with fellow actress Sheryl Lee for their roles in the film Texas Killing Fields.
8. She's extremely close to her family
Chloe has four older brothers who she’s extremely close to, speaking to Interview magazine she said: “I think number one would be that they alway protect me. There’s someone to turn to. It’s like having four father’s, basically, because they all super-duper take care of me.”
Some people can't get their big brothers to be seen in public with them, much less devote their entire life to helping their little sister out. Moretz's older brother Trevor was among the first to recognise his sister's talent. "Even as a tiny child, she had something," he told W magazine. He walked away from his own career ambitions and now serves as her producer, mentor, guru and more.
Trevor now works with her closely as her acting mentor, below the pair are seen together on the red carpet.

9. Not the only sister
Chloe wasn’t always the only sister in her family, for a feature in Interview magazine she revealed to Drew Barrymore that she once had a sister who sadly passed away.
“I used to have a sister, but I never got to meet her, because she died after two days, I think. So if I got a tattoo it would probably be something to do with my sister.”
