Raiders of the Lost Ark
The Raiders of the Lost Ark desert truck chase scene is pretty iconic, and it certainly took plenty of effort to create it. Steven Spielberg didn't direct it, and there was a stuntman in place for Ford.
The only way stuntman Terry Leonard would do it was if a trusted stuntman friend drove the truck as he climbed underneath it whilst it's moving.
What's amazing, it took only one take to get it done.
