Cheap Monday try and make sure that your order leaves the warehouse the day after it has been placed but please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to leave the warehouse after you have made the order. When you order something from the Cheap Monday website, you will be asked to create an account which will then save your details for the next time you order (this is 100% secure). If you have ordered an item and it is out for delivery, you can log back into this account to see the status of the order and when you can expect to receive it at your chosen address. Cheap Monday Returns and Cancellations

You have 14 days to return any Cheap Monday item, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. Cheap Monday request that, where possible, you return items in the same packaging as they were delivered in for environmental reasons. If you send you item back outside of the 14 day time frame, you will not receive your refund, similarly you will not receive a refund if the item is visibly worn or damaged.
