It’s hard not to have come across the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer at some point already because so many bloggers rave about it, and we’re here to join them.
The long-lasting product provides excellent coverage, doesn’t crease, blends well and all at a really affordable price – you can get your hands on the beauty for £4.19 in Boots.
The Lasting Perfection concealer gives medium-to-full coverage and it’s ideal for covering blemishes, redness and other imperfections – we prefer to use a brightening conceal on the under eye area, even though it does conceal dark circles well and doesn’t crease in those fine lines that are forever appearing in the eye area.
The texture is creamy and thick, but the concealer blends well with either your fingers or a brush. Our preferred method of application has to be a blender sponge though, it really helps to get the concealer to set into the skin and creates a flawless finish. As the finish of this Collection Lasting Perfection concealer is quite matte we find we don’t need to use a powder on top of this concealer, but if you have particularly oily skin you might need something to ensure your makeup is set in place.
Staying power for this concealer is incredible, especially when you consider the price of it. It lasts just as well and as long as our favourite MAC concealer.
It’s available to buy in four shades, 1 Fair, 2 Cool Medium, 3 Warm Medium and 4 Dark. We use the shade 3 Warm Medium and often find it can be quite difficult to get our hands on this product in store, so if it’s the shade you need we suggest stocking up when it is available, whether online or in store.

This is an excellent concealer that we wouldn’t mind spending more money on. It provides great coverage, has a creamy consistency, and wears well. The tube packaging makes it perfect for popping in your handbag and the doe-foot sponge applicator means you won’t get product everywhere either. The price point is a huge point for this Collection concealer, and what’s more inside is a great product that provides excellent coverage. If you haven’t tried this concealer yet, we urge you to give it a go, it won’t break the bank even if it’s not one for you.
