Refunds and exchanges
If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange with Marks and Spencer, you have 35 days from the date that you purchased, excluding sale items. You will need a valid receipt or parcel summary document for proof of purchase. This goodwill returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
