Monki has a basic delivery system and they say that your order will usually leave the warehouse the day after it has been placed and of course will arrive at different times, depending on the address. Next day means next working day, so if you order something on a Friday, you can expect the item to be dispatched on the following Monday. If you are concerned about or interested in your order's whereabouts before you have received it, you can track down your order and view its status by heading over to your account and looking into your order history (the status of your item will be updated on its postage journey). If you are unable to view the status of your order, or if it says it has been delivered and you know you have not received it, please call the contact number. All Monki deliveries require a signature so if you are not home, the courier will choose to rearrange a delivery or leave it at your local post office, pushing a note through your door. Please note delivery can be subject to delays of payment authorisation so please allow two weeks to receive your items.
