Urban Decay might be our go-to for high quality and professional palettes, but admittedly, we overlook everything else from the brand. But not anymore, after trying their new All Nighter Concealer we’ve been converted to try pretty much everything from this brand.
The newly launched All Nighter concealer will cover the most stubborn of blemishes and stay in place, all day and all night. It’s really quite incredible.
The All Nighter Waterproof Concealer is designed to cover anything and keep it covered for 24 hour – whilst we haven’t worn it for that long ourselves, we can definitely state that it hasn’t needed touching up after eight or nine hours after wear.
The concealer comes in a range of 14 shades too, with a mixture of warm and neutral tones to help you get the correct shade for your skin. Urban Decay suggests that when you’re swatching for your concealer shade, let it fully dry before you decide. This is because it goes a little darker when it’s completely dry. Also, they say that if you’re between shades, it’s always better to go for the lighter option.
All Nighter comes housed in an ultra-sleek gunmetal effect case that has asymmetric cut-outs. The design is sleek and sophisticated, plus the metal effect means it won’t get grubby either, and it’s easy to wipe clean. The concealer comes with a flocked paddle applicator too, which allows you to precisely apply the concealer where it’s needed.
The formula is made with polymers and humectants which are used to ensure that you get a flawless finish from this concealer, and to stop it from settling into fine lines and pores. It also has light-diffusing pigments, which are there to blur any flaws your skin might have and create a soft-focus effect on the skin.
Pros
Highly pigmented, covers spots with ease, lasts incredibly well, really blendable, good shade range, stylish packaging, good price point, creamy formula, doesn’t settle into fine lines, can be used on under eyes too
Cons
We can’t think of any
Bottom Line
The Urban Decay All Nighter Concealer is definitely something you should consider adding to your makeup bag. We’ve never used a concealer with as much pigmentation and still manages to go on so smoothly and blends as easily. Provided you get the right shade for you, it’s virtually undetectable.
We’ve found the best way to apply it is using your finger, but if you prefer a brush or sponge blender these can work just as well. Because the product blends so easily, it’s easy to build it up too, if you find one layer just isn’t enough, once it’s completely dry, dab on a little bit more without the fear of it going cakey.
What you might be shocked to learn about this concealer is the amount of pigmentation it actually has, the pigment level has been increased by 73% compared to the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer.
The concealer comes in amazing 14 shades with warm and neutral tones to ensure you get the right product for you, the packaging is sleek and the coverage and longevity is unlike anything we’ve tried before.
The Urban Decay All Nighter Concealer is something that we’ll reach for time and time again, and because of it we’ve been converted to try more of the skin products from the brand as opposed to just our favourite palettes.
