Delivery options (UK)

• Home delivery (provided by Hermes)- £3.95, 3-5 working days.
• Parcel shop pick-up (provided by CollectPlus)- £6.95, 4-5 working days.
• Express delivery (provided by DHL)- £14.95, 1-2 working days.

Once your parcel has left the warehouse, you'll be given a tracking number to help you follow the parcel's progress until it reaches you.

Returns:

You have 30 days to return your order to Vero Moda. It costs £4.95 if you use the prepaid shipping label. Exchanges are unavailable so if you need a different size or colour, return the item as normal and reorder it. Items will be refunded at the price you paid for them upon inspection to ensure that they are in an unused, resaleable condition.

Once your return has been received by Vero Moda, they will send you an email and the refund will be issued to the method that you paid with. For credit card and Paypal refunds, you should allow up to 30 days for the refund to process. Note that the return shipping cost (£4.95) will be deducted from the refund.

If you received your parcel by CollectPlus, return the parcel via your nearest CollectPlus store. Equally, if you received the parcel from Hermes, you should use Hermes to return it for a smoother returns process. You are not able to return online orders in-store.

How to track Vero Moda order?

Once you have placed an order, you'll receive an email which will contain your confirmation. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking details. Allow 36-48 hours before you track the parcel as packages are sent from a warehouse in Germany so they can only be tracked once they reach the UK.
