Astral cream review cream has been a go-to all-over moisturiser since it was launched in 1953, a much-loved favourite that doesn’t cost a lot and is incredibly hydrating, here’s why we love it.

Once you’ve discovered the rich, intensely moisturising formula that gives skin the nourishment, protection and simple care that it needs, you’ll want to use it every day.

The multi-tasking beauty product not only deeply hydrates the skin, but it can be used to soothe babies’ skin, sunburn, razor rashes and cracked hands, some use it as a cleanser too.

Astral Cream is made with the same ingredients it always has been, which are designed to feel rich on the skin and help protect it too. The formula includes Lanolin, which helps to moisturise the skin. It helps to lock in moisture to the skin, without clogging your pores.

The formula also includes Glycerine, which is a humectant which helps the skin to draw moisture from the air, guarnateeing a complexion that is soft, supple and nourished.

These ingredients together ensure that Astral cream is the perfect choice for dry skin types, giving it plenty of moisture, it absorbs easily into the skin making it a great base for makeup and nourishing the skin even hours after your application.

Extremely moisturising, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, multi-tasking product, affordable, a little product goes a long way, lasts for ages

Might be too rich for some skin types, can take a minute or so to absorb

Bottom Line

Whilst the Astral face and body cream has an extremely rich texture, it applies easily and absorbs beautifully, although it can take a minute or so to soak into the skin. It nourishes and protects even the driest skin, leaving it soft and smooth for the entire day.

The cream is affordable and the jar is huge, so it’s going to last a really long time. It’s worth every penny.
