If the return of the Great British Bake Off in the summer is too much to handle for some of you, you’ll be happy to know that there’s going to be a show created with celebrity contestants for Comic Relief this month.

Celebrities will compete in the baking challenge to help raise money for Comic Relief.

Great British Bake Off will kick off on February 11 on BBC, for the first four episodes, we'll see four celebrities battle it out for the coveted Star Baker Award. The four winners will then go up against each other on March 13 for The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice on Red Nose Day.

So who’s competing? There’s a stellar line up of celebrities competing this year including Alexa Chung, Jameela Jamil, Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley, Gok Wan, Abbey Clancy, Lulu, Chris Moyles and YouTube vlogger Zoella.

The vlogger admitted she was really shocked she was asked to take part, but she loves the programme so much, she couldn't wait to get started.

We expect she'll draw in a much younger audience with her appearance on the show.
